Programs The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is a great source for DC parents, teachers, and students. The SEO provides financial aid resources for higher education and administers USDA food and nutrition grant programs. Currently, the OSSE is developing a Policy Research and Analysis Division to help parents, teachers, and the public receive critical information on elementary and secondary education improvement and school choice.
